Singer looking for a band to experiment with

I'm a vocalist, 19 years old, looking for a band i can experiment my own material with. To put some of my songs to use and hopefully have them played and utilized to their best. I work on a slower range of songs, singing at a slow to moderate pace. My range can go from high to low depending on the song and the style I'm exercising, I can be impressive if I want to be. If you're worth impressing. I'm a 60's to 90's soul. Influence by a vicarious amount of musicians. I prefer to work with a deep rasp, or a soft solemn jest. Back-up vocals wouldn't hurt to have.
